The 5 star reviews must be fake or paid for! This is by far the worst clinic with the worst receptionists and doctors you can ever find in Montreal. The receptionist I spoke with had the THICKEST accent in both french and english I could barely understand her and she was RUDE. Overall, most of the staff and doctors at this pregnancy clinic were kind, professional, and supportive. I also had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kirishnamurty, who was attentive, professional, and reassuring. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Padmachaitanya Siriki was very disappointing. She often seemed rushed during appointments and put pressure on me to move quickly through discussions, which made it difficult to focus, ask questions, and feel at ease. I have been a patient of Dr Koenekoop for about 28 years now. Yes I know he’s a pediatric specialist but I’m attached now. Dr K is fabulous. He genuinely cares about his patients and has always taken the extra moments to help/explain when asked questions. His nurse is always lovely. Patient. Calm. As for reception? Truly phenomenal staff. The best services with the best doctors. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Alice Benjamin and I was truly impressed by both her professionalism and her compassionate approach to patient care. She demonstrates deep medical knowledge and explains procedures and treatments clearly, which helps patients feel safe and reassured. I especially appreciated her patience, empathy, and the respect she shows to every individual. It was my first baby and I am happy for having her beside myself.
Although some of the staff is nice, if you have an option for another clinic.. take it.. especially now since as of August 2025 they are no longer answering the phone.. it is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone here unless you physically present yourself. They say to send an email or request an appointment online.
