Nouveau rendez-vous donné pour le lendemain 13h avec assurance que le médecin sera là. A notre arrivée, à 12h40. porte fermée. aucune information. nous attendrons jusqu'à 13h40 mais toujours rien, juste une douzaine de patients également en train d'attendre devant la porte, car tout le monde avait un rendez-vous pour 13h !
Comment peux t’on faire plus nul ? Rendez vous pris. On laisse notre numéro de téléphone. On vient avec 15 minutes d’avance au rdv et on nous explique que médecin a eu une urgence et qu’il ne reviendrait pas ce soir. Revenez demain. Ça ira mieux !
Rude receptionists; unprofessional; long wait ; bunch of idiots are not even speaking the language properly, better if they find a better receptionist.
Come and try. Worst place to see. Wasting time after a couple of hours, doctor give you a blood test!
The receptionist never answers the phone, and when she does it is to say that we should call tomorrow because she is very busy right now.
