They don't even take the time to call and asses your needs. I got a poorly written email asking why I requested guidance after filling a form online which already explained why I am requesting guidance.... after explaining that I want to move past personal road blocks and better understand and manage my emotions ( which is the exact description they give on their website as the services offered), I was blatantly told they can't help me and to seek out a social worker at the CLSC, with a wait list that can take over two years... read more
