This has honestly been the worst laser clinic experience I’ve had. First, I signed up for a package that costs $229.95 per month, which included full body laser treatments and one facial per month. Everything was going normally until Black Friday, when one of the technicians, Aisha, told me they had a promotion. She said that instead of my usual facial, I could upgrade to a microdermabrasion facial for only about $20 extra. I said okay. À FUIR !!! Ikram est malhonnête, elle se comporte de manière totalement déplacée avec ses clientes(condescendante, désagréable) elle mis fin à mon contrat et n’a pas voulu me rembourser + gestion très suspecte des prélèvements !!!
Very poor management and suspicious handling of payments! I had to cancel before even starting due to incompetent management. I do not recommend.
