Very hard to make an appointment, not professional
Horrible service. You wait 1 hour on the phone because there’s a «long line», but once you get there in person you can easily see the 3 receptionist talking to each other and scrolling on instagram while there are phone calls waiting!! And doctor Radmila Tasovac-Babic wrote her doctor’s number wrong TWICE on the prescription, so I had to call twice to get a good prescription as I was not accepted at the CLSC due to the false information on her prescription!! Horrible service and horrible doctors. Don’t go there!
J’ai eux l’impression de déranger le docteur, semblais pas vouloire répondre à mes questions ma simplement dit de me présenter à l’urgence et quand j’ai voulue poser d’autres questions il m’a dit de prendre un autre à render vous. Felt like I was disturbing the doctor all along simply told me to go to emergency and when I tried to ask more questions told me to take another appointment. Horrible experience.
