By far my absolute worse consumer experience in a very long time. No reimbursement policy, no issue resolution contact point than the appointment booking center, no client satisfaction concept. I have been wearing foot orthotics for years with great results at eliminating knee pain. This company can not make a pair of sole that fit my feet, yet they refuse to reimburse. They persist at making me miss work and book apptmt to make adjustment with no improvement. Don’t trust is my advice.

The orthosis are useful, they work... but the people there only care about your money. They don't ask you if it worked or not! They should ask you to come back for a second appointment to see if everything is all right. Besides that, they know very well that the health insurance company won't accept the very simple receipt they give us. Ne faites pas affaire avec Clinique du pied MD. Même après avoir repris/remodelé mes orthèses 4 fois (1 mois d'attente par reprise), j'ai toujours mal au pieds et genoux. Comptez aussi le 15-20-25 mins de retards à chaque rendez-vous. La consultation est très sommaire. J'en sais quelque chose. Tanné de souffrir, j'ai décidé de m'en refaire faire d'autres ailleurs.
