Très bien, je mettrais d'ailleurs 4.5. C'était mon premier rendez-vous avec Erwan Gayet. Ses conseils vont m'être très précieux dans ma manière d'exercer mon corps. Il a fait une bonne lecture. C'était bien respectueux.
Erwan propose une approche qui cherche l'origine des symptômes et c'est puissant. Une douleur à l'épaule persistante probablement en lien avec une respiration trop superficielle ce qui explique que malgré physiothérapie intensive mon inconfort est durable. Je me sens déjà mieux grâce à la séance et aux exercices proposés, un grand merci!
