Disappointing experience. Customer service from reception was poor, and the refraction used for my prescription was incorrect (this was later acknowledged by them). Unfortunately, this left me with an inaccurate prescription.
Amazing friendly professional staff!
They gave me an emergency appointment for a sensitivity to bright light (uveitis). All the staff were truly patient and kind with me, and I’m extremely grateful to them, as well as to Dr. Smith who took care of me. Dr.Smith got me an appointment to the eye institute at the Ottawa hospital the next morning. Today, 4 days later, they called to take some news about how I was. Will recommend you over and over, thank you all for this!

Staff was absolutely awesome. Got my options and lucked out that my lenses fit a frame they had in stock. Thank you again! Highly recommend this place.
