The westmount clinic is only for money. I just did examinations 130$ in another ophthalmologist of Greiche &scaff, and the ophthalmologist gave me a referral to Clinic Bellevue for a laser treatment. Then I had to do again in Bellevue clinic the same examinations and changed 250$. The doctor M.Bilan did a perfunctory job with a bad breath without a mask, just filling up his notebook with my information, 3 minutes done with me, said no laser treatment but my ophthalmologist diagnosed me as retinal tear of my left eye. Belle clinique, belle organisation, service courtois. Dr Cadet très professionnel.
They issue receipts without putting the doctors license number of information which lead to my insurance claims being denied. Emailed them for a new receipt and was ghosted. For a private clinic the service sucks. When I told a secretary about the invoice issue , and that I was dissatisfied I would go elsewhere she just said ok bye and didn’t offer to rectify the situation.
Excellente clinique. Médecin très compétent. Personnel charmant et attentif. Endroit propre et lumineux.
