Unprofessional. Called to book an appointment and was abruptly told by the person answering the phone to "just hang up" if I couldn't speak French. For the record, I can speak French, he wouldn't even let me get a word in to explain. Completely unacceptable and hostile customer service. There is more respectful and appropriate communication ways to deny a service.
