I had a terrible experience with this dental clinic. They are extremely overpriced and dishonest in their billing practices. When I went in, they performed over $3,000 worth of work without asking for my permission ( not even anything emergency), maxed out my insurance benefits, and then made me pay over $1,500 from my own pocket. On top of that, my daughter also had similar issues with being overcharged. They even asked me to bring her in for a “final evaluation,” telling me over the phone that it would be free of charge.... read more
Money hungry and so overpriced. On September 30th 2024 I went there for a cleaning and they took x-rays of my teeth and when it was time to pay, they only charged me $71. I was happy because I thought: my god, that's cheap. Jokes on me.. They didn't even warn me that they were going to charge my account $345. I received the bill 8 months later (end of May 2025).. and it said that I had to pay them $345 by June 30, otherwise there will be 2% interest starting in September 2024.. What's the joke. 0/5 We called to book the first appointment for our 2yo, they were adamant that there will be surcharge if the child does not behave or cry during the visit. It's a child first experience with a dentist how can I control her behavior? I will go elsewhere for sure.
Ive been wautung for 4 months for my dentures, they didn't advise me they were going on vacation for 3 weeks, now they told me I would get them last week but now where they get the dentures made they're on vacation until 20 August now another delay and the cost is out of this world
