The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Dr. Paul Budhiraja is an excellent physician—professional, thorough, and genuinely attentive to his patients. The standard of care throughout the clinic is exceptional, and I cannot commend Dr. Budhiraja and the entire team highly enough.
What is the point of having appointments, if one has to wait 1h+? Payment was eventually refunded(thank you), but not the 2h time for this endeavour. And if anyone reading this thinks to themselves "meh, it's nothing" then I really hope you get treated like that at any shop/place you visit, maybe then you truly appreciate other people hours.
