The provider and all of the staff were so nice and caring. They were patient and asked questions and the doctor explained what all was going on with me and my son. We were both seen at the same time. He also gave us a lot of advice and help about things to look for in the future and what to do if symptoms show up. A lot of doctors only seem to care about the money and not the person but he wasn't like that at all. Staff was helpful and met all my needs
In and out. Very easy. I was dreading the whole experience but it was great.
First, the staff were hard working and kind. They themselves would receive 5 stars. My review is negative because of an individual PA I saw here. My four year old daughter went in with the flu. The PA ranted against flu vaccines, bragging that he hadn't "punctured himself" since the early 2000s. Fine, good for him. Red flag raised. What really bothered me, and angered me actually, was when he asked how I had been treating her fever. My pediatrician had formerly advised to alternate children's Tylenol and Motrin.
