I don't even know where to begin with the clinic on Fry rd- Katy, TX. Multiple phone calls- left messages. time and time again, calls are not returned and we are again out of meds for the weekend for 8 yr old. Staff does not answer phones and we have had to drive to office where staff seems inconvienced. I am disgusted by the care and dismissive attitude displayed by this office. We will be looking for a new Dr.
I like the doctors, and I like the staff. That's about it. I've been waiting in the lobby/room for over >two< hours, and I STILL haven't seen the doctor. we just need her shots. -_-
The Beaumont location is so unorganized . It makes no sense on how unorganized they can be as a doctors office . They hire ghetto rude workers , and walk around as if theirs nothing to be done , and text on their phone as if they don’t have a job . I’m convinced they have hire anybody . I’ve been waiting for them to respond to a fax which should’ve been responded to the day of or at least in 48 hours a process that’s suppose to take two weeks is now taking two months or more because they act like they can’t answer the phone ... read more
