I am writing to express my frustration regarding the unprofessional service I have experienced at your location. I have encountered recurring issues with medication refills. On multiple occasions, the doctors have assured me that a prescription would be sent, only to have that request go unfulfilled. Furthermore, the front desk staff frequently promises to call back regarding medication status but fails to do so.
I like this facility. Busy at all times but very responsive when I need anything. My primary is good and there are x-ray along with Lab within the facility.
Esta clinica dan muy mal servicio medico,, solo te tienen el vueltas de citas y citas, te dan excusas ridiculas y solo te hacen sentir mal con su trato al paciente. Ala doctora se le.olvida mandar las referencias, y luego despues se le olvida lo q dijo. tengo q estar llamando para ver q esta pasando con mi caso..pero si son muy buenos para cobrar y cobrar a la aseguranza..ya tengo 4 meses que no me puede mandar con un especialista para mi dedo,,, Ala Doctora se le olvida hacer las refercias y yo tengo miedo de perder mi dedo... read more
