I had a visit with Dr. Greg today and had a really positive experience. He took the time to thoroughly examine me and listen to all of my concerns. I came in worried about neck issues, past accident symptoms, and numbness I’ve been dealing with. He made me feel comfortable and addressed everything seriously without rushing the appointment. Lab work at doctors office is a game changer . You don’t have to go sit in other labs or separate appointments. I have never waited more than 5 min to get my lab work done. I appreciate anything that saves me time.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the unprofessional service I have experienced at your location. I have encountered recurring issues with medication refills. On multiple occasions, the doctors have assured me that a prescription would be sent, only to have that request go unfulfilled. Furthermore, the front desk staff frequently promises to call back regarding medication status but fails to do so.
I like this facility. Busy at all times but very responsive when I need anything. My primary is good and there are x-ray along with Lab within the facility.
