Been there three times, no help with my issues. Doctor is rude and wont be coming back any time soon.

Literally go anywhere else. The receptionist was incredibly rude and displayed behaviour that I have never seen anywhere else in the city. She refused to answer basic questions and repeatedly hung up whilst I was trying to get information. She seemed irritated and made 0 effort to ensure a positive interaction. I am sure the other reviewers had the same experience. Don't believe the comments from "The Owner", as it seems it's just the receptionist defending themselves. I called this clinic today and the receptionist was extremely rude. She hung up on me after answering ONE question, so I called back. After a second call, she indicated that she already answered one question and “didn’t get why I was asking more questions”. I stated I wanted to ensure they could provide the service prior to arriving, and didn’t appreciate her being rude to me. She continued to be disrespectful and hung up on me again.
