I had engaged Clinical Therapy for an assessment but cancelled three weeks ahead of my appointment and requested a refund of my $495 deposit. It has now been six 6 weeks and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve not gotten a response from the director. I’ve been l ft with no choice but take it to Fair Trading.

Clinically very competent and thorough. There were some initial problems with communication and followup (as I had to resort to email, given no receptionist available currently).
