Made me wait over an hour to be seen as a new patient. The appointment lasted for 45 minutes and didn’t even finish the intake, and wanted me to come back. I called and said I needed more support and not this treatment. Lyndsey (Lindsay? Short girl with short hair and glasses) never called me back to check in, and then they have the audacity to send me a letter in the mail saying they’ve been trying to reach me, which is bull shit. If you value your time, don’t go here. Don’t walk. RUN.
Very under resourced, crisis team is poorly run and there's a lot of turnover. The Program Director is part of the problem.Go elsewhere.
love my therapist. not a person of color.. so I can't comment on that but I believe people of colors' experiences. prepare to deal with a very rude and incompetent office manager.
Nice new facility and all, but that's not my point. I was there in the CCS for 5 days mid March. They barely interact with the patients who are there for treatment. So insurance is basically paying for us to sit on our butts all day with no structure or anything. I like that they let us have our phones, but that's not why I was there. Instead of leaving feeling better, I left feeling worse. When I got discharged, they didn't make sure I have all my meds and all my belongings.
