Nice new facility and all, but that's not my point. I was there in the CCS for 5 days mid March. They barely interact with the patients who are there for treatment. So insurance is basically paying for us to sit on our butts all day with no structure or anything. I like that they let us have our phones, but that's not why I was there. Not able to meet my needs, submissive therapists, left me hanging in crisis,
I cannot believe the nightmare my family experienced here. My sister was having a mental health crisis, and after weeks of waiting, we finally got her an appointment. We arrived on time, but the receptionist seemed more interested in gossiping with a coworker than checking us in. After 20 minutes, I asked politely if we were in the right place, only to be met with an eye roll and a sharp, dismissive tone. Receptionist is not helpful. Treated the paperwork I was filling out like it was more important than myself? The new hire was talked poorly of as soon as she left the room and we could hear it in the waiting room since the slide window was open. They were fake, seems like a chew you up and spit you out work environment. Hopefully they get put in their place by someone soon… Poor new hires….
