The pschtrist Regina is not good at all she does not do your medications refills my son has to go without meds because when he saw her in April she did not do them and it very poor not to have a pschtrist on duty now it is a holiday weekend he goes without till Tuesday
I like my therapist he is kind and respectful man he awesome caring person helps me with a lot of things and helps me with my anger and coping skills I would recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a therapist thank you
AWESOME STAFF - I UNDERSTAND HOW EXTREMELY BUSY THIS PLACE IS AND I AM THANKFUL TO WAIT FOR APPOINTMENT OPENINGS THAT FIT MY SCHEDULE. I HAVE HAD APPOINTMENTS WITH 4 DIFFRENT PEOPLE OVER THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF. EACH PERSON WAS VERY NICE. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Made me wait over an hour to be seen as a new patient. The appointment lasted for 45 minutes and didn’t even finish the intake, and wanted me to come back. I called and said I needed more support and not this treatment. Lyndsey (Lindsay? Short girl with short hair and glasses) never called me back to check in, and then they have the audacity to send me a letter in the mail saying they’ve been trying to reach me, which is bull shit. If you value your time, don’t go here. Don’t walk. RUN.
Very under resourced, crisis team is poorly run and there's a lot of turnover. The Program Director is part of the problem.Go elsewhere.
