After six years of clean drug tests (urinalysis), eight months using this laboratory, they have given me a false positive test. This is their error, or possibly my clinic has mixed up my specimens. I am discrediting this with a hair follicle test, 500$ at my own expense. Their mistakes have cost me and several others ridiculous consequences. Either incompetent, non compliant or both. Take a look at all reviews on Google people claiming the same problem, false positives that don't make sense, with nothing to gain by a rating. I personally store my urine when I know for a fact I'm clean for tests at methadone clinic in case I use on occasion. In 2023 my Feb test came back + for methadone only which is clean. do not let them test you it'll ruin your life. They have said I've been taking fentanyl since may 30 take on bottles since May I've lost them all bottles have been taking away all tests since may have came back with fentanyl. Something wrong is something the clinic is doing wrong they will not admit it. I talked to Michael he's a douche bag.

My clinic switched to this lab after an otc medication called Zantac produced a false positive for meth amphetamines. That lab claimed to do the triple-quadrupole testing which would not give such a result. Mostly the result for Zantac to be shown as meth amphetamines during a drug screen is when the lab or tester uses the quick urinalysis. Zantac has been documented by almost every credible testing institute as given a false positive if taken orally at 150mg+ 4-6 hours prior to giving urine sample.
