Trying to get results out of this company are impossible. You took my blood, give me my results !!!
They mishandled my urine. Wont give me any documents supporting the results. I was told it would cost $500 thru MRO office and take 4 to 6 weeks. Or i could have my lawyer contact them. Pretty shitty they wont support their findings with any documents, photos, equipment maintenance, software updates, pictures of seals and sample. Pretty sketchy that it takes 500$ or paying a lawyer to recieve anything supporting their findings
Much better service and turn around time now, vs a few years ago.
