Jo is incredible. The most valuable thing that she did was she really worked to understand me as a person, so she was able to recognize when I was saying something that was true to myself or when I was subconsciously sabotaging myself or putting myself down. She got to the root of my issues and worked to help me solve them, all with a very gentle but firm voice. I felt very comfortable opening up to her and being honest. Thanks so much Jo!
