these people argue about the doctor script. when you want the script filled and they think they are bettert than the doctor they refuse to call to schedule a fitting/measurement. total disrespect for the parents. when attempting to discuss the AFO they talk over you and do not listen to your wishes. found them to be arogant and generally do not care about anything but their own opinion. save your self fronm unneeded grief. stay away.
