Ms. Shaqueece (apologies if misspelled) was absolutely amazing and so kind with our baby boy. With 30 years of experience in the medical field, her expertise was clear—she quickly and efficiently found his vein with ease. She was incredibly comforting, kept our son distracted and even guided me on how to support him during the blood draw. I highly recommend her!
My appointment is/was for 8:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It’s now 8:17am and there is nobody here. Door is locked. Seems to be common for this place. I’m leaving since they don’t seem to care. Avoid it moving forward.
Shaquize was very helpful, she took the time to input my lab info manually because my Dr. did not have an account, called my Dr to to find information. Went above and beyond. Great customer service
Melvin was amazing to work with. He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. He made my experience there pleasant. He is very friendly, thoughtful and kind. A absolute bundle of laughter. He made my morning!!
