Had to get a whole list of tests, the lady was wonderful and actually had to wait while I drank water for urinalysis. I will go there again.
Ms Shaquice made this lab appointment so seamless and enjoyable. She was able to verify my new insurance on the spot, and is so sweet to talk to. She’s a very skilled phlebotomist as it was a painless experience when usually it’s difficult to locate my veins and takes multiple tries, she got it in 1 try. I was in and out so quick!
Ms Shaquece(forgive me if I spelt this wrong) was such a delightful person. I had 10/10 experience with her. She was very professional and personable. I have a fear of needles and I get very skittish about getting blood drawn but she helped me calm down and I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure, she was amazing!
Ms. Shaneece was such a pleasure to work with. Super friendly & makes everyone who comes in feel comfortable. I hate getting my blood drawn so she distracted me by keeping me laughing. She deserves a raise for how she’s able to run this place as efficiently as possible. I’ll only go to this location in the future as long as she’s there.
Great experience and staff. Anything health related can be nerve wracking, but the staff here make you comfortable.
