Ms Shaquece(forgive me if I spelt this wrong) was such a delightful person. I had 10/10 experience with her. She was very professional and personable. I have a fear of needles and I get very skittish about getting blood drawn but she helped me calm down and I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure, she was amazing!
Ms. Shaneece was such a pleasure to work with. Super friendly & makes everyone who comes in feel comfortable. I hate getting my blood drawn so she distracted me by keeping me laughing. She deserves a raise for how she’s able to run this place as efficiently as possible. I’ll only go to this location in the future as long as she’s there.
Great experience and staff. Anything health related can be nerve wracking, but the staff here make you comfortable.
Ms. Shaqueece (apologies if misspelled) was absolutely amazing and so kind with our baby boy. With 30 years of experience in the medical field, her expertise was clear—she quickly and efficiently found his vein with ease. She was incredibly comforting, kept our son distracted and even guided me on how to support him during the blood draw. I highly recommend her!
My appointment is/was for 8:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It’s now 8:17am and there is nobody here. Door is locked. Seems to be common for this place. I’m leaving since they don’t seem to care. Avoid it moving forward.
