Due to a health condition, I have my blood drawn and taken for analysis at CPL. They do a fabulous job at analysis tests results. Where they fall down is their billing department. I was told to call back upon upon receiptof the bill, due to having an extremely high deductible, and that CPL would deduct a 20% off the total bill. After calling several times, as requested, they kept telling me to wait to receive the bill, with some confusion on their end. These people didn't speak English, and even though not a single person was there except staff, it still took over 25 minutes to be seen, and the phlebotomist was literally sitting playing on her phone that entire time and laughing it up with the other 4-5 people just sitting around. Once I finally got in the blood draw chair, she seemed nervous like she had no idea what the steps were, and communication had to be translated by Google. I hate that someone taking vital fluids from me like BLOOD can't communicate at all with me... read more
