They failed to complete my basic test, when I returned to do a second draw they turned me away claiming they didn’t have the order. Not a well run business. I should add that the woman at the front desk made no effort to look into the issue (that the lab caused) and seemed to enjoy my distress.

Took off of work early in order to get in. Arrived at 4:40pm for my 4:45pm appointment and the door was locked, no one answered the phone. I could hear people laughing inside but no one came to the door when I knocked. I called the customer service line, they attempted to call as well and couldn’t reach anyone. Would not bother scheduling at this location.

I had blood work done to determine the sex of my baby on 02/15/18, and I was told I would have my results back on 02/22/18. I have continued to call my doctor’s office now on 02/26/18 and I STILL have not received my results. While they were very professional and friendly during hebactual blood draw process, I am extremely disappointed in the turnaround time it has taken to get my results. Went to the lab to get blood work completed. Overall good experience with the actual process of drawing blood and explaining the process. The receptionist staff could use a "refresh" on proper etiquette and patient hospitality because it is.severely lacking. Very unprofessional and lack of respect.
