On August 21, 2026, my wife went for her second of two blood tests. The woman who was working the front desk at this location at 9:15-9:45 was perhaps the rudest, least helpful, and most standoffish customer service representative I think my wife and I have ever encountered. Employees like this reflect very poorly on an entire organization. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on a customer is unacceptable behavior in any profession. 0/5 stars. So bad that it warranted posting my first google review in years.

Latoya is awesome! I went to get blood work done. She is friendly, professional, and skilled.

Kyra took care of me today, and she did an amazing job. I hate doing labs but she was welcoming, gentle and created a great atmosphere

They failed to complete my basic test, when I returned to do a second draw they turned me away claiming they didn’t have the order. Not a well run business. I should add that the woman at the front desk made no effort to look into the issue (that the lab caused) and seemed to enjoy my distress.

Took off of work early in order to get in. Arrived at 4:40pm for my 4:45pm appointment and the door was locked, no one answered the phone. I could hear people laughing inside but no one came to the door when I knocked. I called the customer service line, they attempted to call as well and couldn’t reach anyone. Would not bother scheduling at this location.
