Retracting my prior review, because this lab location has changed ownership. It is no longer affiliated with CPL (Clinical Pathology Laboratories); it's now a Labcorp location. Nearest CPL location is in the "old town" part of Lewisville on Main Street. Prior review below for reference: Speedy, friendly, skilled at what they do. Open 7 days a week, 7AM to 7PM (same as the 777 Urgent Care that they're located in.)
This is not CPL Labs. It is now LabCorp.
The claims are getting denied due to lack of enough information to insurance. And CPL are sending them to me instead.
I took my son out of school to get blood work done. They were inefficient but no big deal, took an hour, but it was done. The doctor called and said he never got the results back. I called the lab and they say we never came in. We signed in and they wrote a note for his school and they still maintain we weren’t there. I called customer service and they said take him back in to repeat it. No help, no apologies.
