Me and my boyfriend work the same hours that these laboratories are open and we can barely make it on time. I'm about to be 6 months pregnant and we barely just now made it on time to do our testing as we rarely get off before 4 ! We work together so it doesn't make it easier. We came in and the girl at the front was super rude. I understand we came in last minute but she ( Melissa) was so rude she wasn't gentle at all and gave so much attitude. Horrible customer service! Front desk clerk Melissa has a bad attitude. Seems like she hates her job. Never coming back here again.
They need to change the hours on google i came up here to get some lab work done and it’s closed on Saturday on google it says that they’re open 8am to 12pm
