Probably the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Do not treat me like a four year old on the phone and be rude and condescending when the error is falling on YOUR end, not mine. I'm trying to get you paid but you all aren't helping yourselves because you aren't willing to pick up the phone and fix the error code with my insurance. Horrendous.

RecommendedNurse on site were helpful and friendly,. They even played music, "Baby Shark", to distract my child from being stuck with a needle. We were in and out within 10 minutes from arriving at the office without an appoitment.
