If I can give this practice a 0 I would. It's very upsetting as they were highly recommended. I was treated so rude by a front office gentleman while trying to schedule an appointment that was recommended by both my ENT and PCP. A few of the female front desk staff are very rude! I reflexively lowered my mask slightly to answer a question and the receptionist yelled at me “ please wear your mask”. Minutes later she let another gentlemen come lean over the desk inches away from her and talk, and other patients walk around with not mask at all. I waited thirty minutes for my appointment while later arrivals went first and my medicine was called in incorrectly. Thankfully the physicians are polite and competent here.
