I will never go back to this place. I had an appointment with Dr. Eicher in January (never even saw her, she sent in her assistant to see me). MS runs very heavy in my family so I was there to take preventative measures to ensure I did not have any signs of it. They ordered 2 MRI’s of my spine and back. The telephone communications and replies on MyChart are not great. Having said that, I have to give big kudos for their work. And that's why we go there, right? Dr Bhimreddy is an incredibly talented surgeon. I had a complicated spinal surgery and it was supposed to be one of a possible three surgeries. He fixed everything in one surgery and my recovery was a complete success. Highly recommend this organization!
[EDIT] You have to call stupidly early in order to get a hold of someone, however this isn't the issue I have with the Miami Valley South Clinical Neuroscience Institute, my NEXT issue is that I have yet to receive a call from my doctor nor his nursing staff for a follow up appointment after I got my spinal tap done on the 3rd of July and then a blood patch on the 9th of July, the whole point of getting the spinal tap done in the first place was to relieve some of the spinal fluid that may or may not have contributed to my m... read more

You can not reach anyone. You can leave a message, two days later someone will call back, but if you were not able to answer, you have to call back and start the process over. Absolutely aweful.
