[EDIT] You have to call stupidly early in order to get a hold of someone, however this isn't the issue I have with the Miami Valley South Clinical Neuroscience Institute, my NEXT issue is that I have yet to receive a call from my doctor nor his nursing staff for a follow up appointment after I got my spinal tap done on the 3rd of July and then a blood patch on the 9th of July, the whole point of getting the spinal tap done in the first place was to relieve some of the spinal fluid that may or may not have contributed to my m... read more

You can not reach anyone. You can leave a message, two days later someone will call back, but if you were not able to answer, you have to call back and start the process over. Absolutely aweful.
Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my family doctor, but every time I try to call to make an appointment I just sit on hold and nobody picks up (my record is 30 minutes during a lunch break). Edit: Finally got through after a 28 minute wait, just to be told that they are referral only. Even though their phone menu says, “To schedule an appointment, press 1”.
Having an EXTREMELY hard time getting a hold of someone, I've been on the phone since 1:00pm, it's now 2:35pm and no one is answering the damn phone! I need to know where I'm supposed to be getting my MRI done because I got a call that I'm supposed to be getting them done at Miami Valley North but I keep getting appointment reminders that I'm supposed to go to Miami Valley South on the same day I'm supposed to get my MRI done.
