These group of Dr’s were horrible with my husband while in ICU Neuro and let 2 year resident DRs make the call. Highly do not recommend going to MVH for neuro.
Had a appointment 2 weeks ago and when they called to confirm the appointment, I informed them that I had a work obligation that i could not get out of and needed to reschedule. The lady who called never made note of this & did not cancel my appt which was more then 24 hours in advance. Logged into MyCharts account and its in a a no sho to the appointment. My brother was treated so poorly and disrespected. He won’t go back. He has stage 4 brain cancer with severe seizures and for him he rather die than go back. It is heartbreaking to see him go through this. He did like the nurses they were very pleasant to be around. Miami valley needs to re-evaluate the doctors in their employment. Dr Beattie was the reason he won’t be going back
Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache. They cancel your appointment just a few days before it is scheduled. You have already waited 4 months at this point for the appointment you had scheduled. When you have to reschedule it will be an extra three or more months until they can reschedule it. If you have a job and or anything to plan around this is not the place. If you want or need your appointments to maintain or control your condition this is not the place.
