Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache. They cancel your appointment just a few days before it is scheduled. You have already waited 4 months at this point for the appointment you had scheduled. When you have to reschedule it will be an extra three or more months until they can reschedule it. If you have a job and or anything to plan around this is not the place. If you want or need your appointments to maintain or control your condition this is not the place. I called on behalf of my wife who has been experiencing numerous migraines weekly for close to a month now. When they answered after a very long hold, I explained our circumstances and that our primary care clinician gave medicine to help once a migraine started but that we were more interested in attempting to diagnose the root cause. I called almost 40 minutes ago. Nobody has picked up the phone to even put me on hold. Just elevator music the whole time. The whole staff needs fired and hire people who care about their job.

So far so good. They could do a little better job on communication with the insurance company. Getting to a resolution on my issue is becoming a chore. They are insisting on physical therapy which is not beneficial to me and not required by my carrier.

Absolute nightmare of a place to work with — reading all these other reviews, it all aligns with what we're experiencing. Cancelled appts, continuous reschedules, can't get ahold of anyone. Numerous times we've been on hold for 20+ mins, finally the receiving end picks up and line disconnects. Dr. Staarman and her team don't respond to messages via MyChart either... and then they go and cancel appts the day before, sometimes the day of.
