I always have to wait two or three hours
This doctor office needs better endocrinologist for people that are diabetics. They don’t listen at all . Then with the blood work when you go to the blood lab is ridiculous. The office needs more selections with the endocrinologist that listen to the patient. This office needs to get it together with everything from the doctors to the blood lab. Office Do better with.
Second time I come to the Miami Beach community health center for my daughter-in-law‘s pregnancy appointment. The second time I’m here and her appt was for 12 and it’s now 2:02 and we’re still waiting. I mean I get it if you didn’t have insurance but they have insurance! people have a life. They have other places and appt to go to as well. Just sitting here waiting for over two hours is ridiculous. The first time we waited an hour and 15 minutes and I thought that was a lot.!
I went today, Saturday, September 20th, to the Miami Beach Community Health Center lab in North Miami, and I had a wonderful experience. The team was very kind, polite, and helpful. I was assisted by Mr. Reinaldo, and I truly loved his service — 100%! Thank you very much.
