I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by this laboratory. From the moment I made my first phone call, I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff member who assisted me. He was very helpful, polite, and made sure all my questions were answered. When I arrived, the office was very nice and welcoming. Excellent experience! The staff here are helpful, friendly, and professional. Communication before and after the appointment was great. When you call, You actually get a person, and a nice and helpful one at that! They went out of their way to help me get my order from the doctor. The needle-stick for my bloodwork was perfectly smooth/expertly done. Results were in very quickly. I have nothing negative to say, really was a great experience and highly recommend.

It was difficult finding the proper building among 3 clusters of 3 each buildings, all 9 identical in appearance. Once in the office I was taken for my blood drawing. It was professionally administered. I was in and out in a minimum amount of time. However, Clinical's speed at reporting lab results to the ordering doctor is unsatisfactory. My tests occurred on a Thursday and, as of Tuesday the following week, no results were yet reported to the ordering doctor's office.
