Was seen today for first visit. The office was outstanding professional went out of their way to squeeze me in on a schedule where I was advised to go to different office and showed up their Chantilly office. Highly recommended.
This has been a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. It has been almost a month, and we still have not received the test results. On top of that, communication is severely lacking—the doctor takes over two days just to reply to basic messages. They do not seem to understand or care about the patient's ongoing suffering. Waiting this long for answers while a patient is actively hurting is completely unprofessional.
