I will admit getting hold of staff, on the phone, is not easy. But I have always had timely responses from emails. I am COMPLETELY pleased with Dr. Castillo-Armas, I felt he took a thorough exam and am confident in how I am being treated. His medical assistant is SO SWEET! It is a small office, which also includes a psychiatrist, though I am not seeing her, I have met her and she also seems nice.
