I’ve called 3 times over the course of a week and emailed and submitted a form through the website asking if they accept new patients and have heard nothing back. Its a terrible business model to just ignore your clients, especially those who are in need of mental health support. “We understand that it takes courage to reach out” is what their voicemail box says. I don’t think they do understand or care.
