I am so surprised at the reviews. We have had a great experience with this place. My daughter is an intellectually disabled adult and we recently moved to Fayetteville. I never had an issue getting her services in other states we lived in, but here in NC we need a documented evaluation of her disability. We were referred here. I had a great experience and received excellent service. My child absolutely fell in love with Dr.Caldwell, and her staff was incredibly kind. Gabby is the sweetest. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but this turned out to be the best experience my child and I have ever had at any doctor's office. We felt genuinely cared for and respected. Dr. Caldwell is really knowledgeable and took time to explain things. I highly recommend!
This lady sucks, in my personal opinion of course. There was an issue and leaving a bad review gets you called a liar and they threaten legal action. Keep reading the reviews someone literally caught her on camera being unprofessional. Funny, no legal action there huh? Isn’t interesting how all of these reviews exist and there’s no cease and desist letters? Food for thought. IN MY OPINION, that only serves to prove every single review contains validity.
