Dr.C is amazing!! She helped my son get approved for SSI, ABA Therapy, and his IEP is finalized!!!! We came from a charter school with no resources. Listen, the process can be lengthy but her reports will get you what you need. She was the first to do a thorough autism report for my child which is why he was able to get so many services. This place is a joke , no wonder yall reviews are horrible and your ratings are low. the doctors are trash. I’ve waited over a year for my daughter to be tested for autism and both times they called to reschedule because “the doctor wasn’t going to be in “ , I hate that yall don’t take peoples lives seriously, your degrees don’t mean anything, and I pray yall are removed from working with people you don’t care about and God replace yall with people who actually care , your staff is amazing but they should go work for someone... read more
FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This place wasted months of my time and my children’s time. All I did was request to reschedule an appointment for one of my children after over a week with no response or follow-up, and I received some of the nastiest, most unprofessional email replies I’ve ever seen. My son's social worker/counselor referred us here for testing to see if his behaviors were stemming from undiagnosed Autism. We went for an appointment with this clinic's social worker and she determined that he needed an Autism evaluation as well. We filled out well over 30 pages of paperwork related to Autism. Fast forward around 3 months later, his eval is 6 days out and they cancel the appointment. Stating that they needed a referral from his PCP, not his social worker/therapist who referred him. I have been trying for 2 months to get a copy of my daughter’s evaluation to start the IEP process. I have even requested that my pediatrician request the files and they have not sent them. It took 6 months to get the initial appointment. 8 months for the evaluation to be complete from start to finish. Now I need someone to actually give me the file to follow up with an IEP.
