I was very pleased with my first time visit at Clinical Expressions. The environment was comfortable and clean. Alexa was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and most off all, very accommodating to my needs! The reason for my visit was for DPN removal services. It’s been a absolute amazing experience visiting CC and Merrillville working with Alexa she’s is very hands on ,very knowledgeable and loves what she does. I started going to Alexa back in march 2026 and she put me on a facial routine to follow I’ve had a chemical peel since then and I must say that I’m so happy with my results. I’m so happy that I found an esthetician that really cares about her clients
I struggle with acne and hyperpigmentation. At my consultation, I purchased products for a skincare routine after I was given information on what I needed to do to get the results that I wanted. I immediately started my routine and went back for my first facial after using the products for some time. I plan on going back for 2 more facials, and then a peel. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and she gets right down to business. I am looking forward to my results and enjoying my journey to clear skin.
I visited CC in Merrillville & received a dermaplanning facial that included extractions, LED light, cleanse, face & lip mask, & a massage. The place was easy to find, clean, and Alexa was SO knowledgeable. She started off the appointment with questions about my skin history, diet, etc. to gage how she should treat my skin.
