I visited CC in Merrillville & received a dermaplanning facial that included extractions, LED light, cleanse, face & lip mask, & a massage. The place was easy to find, clean, and Alexa was SO knowledgeable. She started off the appointment with questions about my skin history, diet, etc. to gage how she should treat my skin. I visited Alexa in Merrillville after seeing her video on Tic Tok. I instantly booked an was glad I did. She was very knowledgeable an informative about skin care and which products to use. I will definitely go back
Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, welcoming, and professional. Alexa was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m beyond happy with my results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Went to have some DPN’s removed from my face and neck, Alexa provided a great service, she explained what to expect, she was fast and extremely thorough… she located small DPN’s I didn’t even knew existed… where most would’ve had you book more sessions… I appreciated her perfectionism…. I NEVER do reviews, but I had to this one. I went to Clinical Complexions for mole removal. My face was covered with moles. 6 days after my first treatment and I can’t stop looking at my face. Most of the moles have fallen off, and my face is clear. Did I say I can’t stop looking at my face? I’m absolutely thrilled with my results!
