It appears that an equally important element to the center (beyond medical treatment) lags far behind quite noticeably. There is a total lack of ability in processing the patients once they enter the office lobby to check in (or be able to make it known that the patient has arrived). and/or If a patient is in need of something that requires approval or an appeal, contacting the office and receiving a timely response from them can be very doubtful. This was my primary care facility for about 9 years. I knew it was horrible but didn’t feel like finding a new doctor. I finally left once I moved and I’m so glad that I did. They force you to be seen more than you have to be. You sit in the exam room waiting to be seen for over an hour on average. They frequently cancel your appointments. They always forget to fill your prescriptions… get ready to blow the phone up trying to get them filled.
