I was in the pharmacy the evening September 17 to drop off a prescription. There was an overwhelming amount of people with what seemed to be a limited number of staff working that evening. It was approximately 8 o’clock at night, and I just wanted to let you know that your staff was professional, courteous, calm, and very patient when customers were not overly respectful and polite.
