I work for a large medical group in Massachusetts, the customer service I receive from Patty, Stephanie, John and Steve is SUPERB! I'm forced to use other DME companies because Clinical 1 doesn't have the Medicare bid. Believe me if I could send my Medicare orders to them as well as my private pay customers they would have ALL of my business. Thank you for everything you do for me AND my patients!
As the Nursing Supervisor for Partners Healthcare at Home I would like to say that Clinical Ones customer service is poor at best. I called them 4 times since Nov 2014, each time being assured someone would get back to me. Never did and denied receiving my calls when questioned. Finally spoke with the "manager" today. He was rude and pompous, did not offer my patient or me any assistance and again denied ever getting any messages from me. My patient bought a mattress overlay from them for $320. They brought me a power wheelchair was delivered by Moe Larry and Curly and this chair will not climb any rent not even the ramps at Town Hall they refuse to take it back and bring me one that will work they should be ashamed of themselves ripping off people who are disabled and my private insurance company paid for it
