Very nice and helpful at this doctors office .Dr Jesse oliver is great
This is the worst clinic!! They don’t know what they’re doing. Their staff is horrible and you’re wasting your time going there. They don’t have a doctor there full time and your only choices to see a nurse practitioner. They have so many rules and they treat patients with such disrespect. I guess it’s because they know they’re the only Clinic within 60 miles so they can get away with it. Please don’t waste your time going to this clinic.
Walked in with a visible laceration, and apparently the doctor was out for the day and the nurses were on lunch. I asked the front desk staff nicely for a non-stick bandage to cover the wound while I made my way to Bakersfield since there were no staff on duty. I was politely refused service of any kind and was sent on my way. I asked if there was a first aid box like on a wall that would have a bandage that we could use and again I was declined despite being an apparent need of care. Ive been seeing Dr. Jesse for 6 yrs or more and I have never had a Dr as thorough as he is or who listens to what I have to say instead of brushing it off. Dr. Jesse truly cares. I wouldnt think of ever seeing any other Doctor. Moses and the rest of the staff are always so kind and helpful and Sienna is virtually painless when doing your blood work!
Dr. Oliver quickly diagnosed my problem and within hours had me connected with a surgeon to get to the bottom of my health issues. The immediacy of his diagnosis and the promptness with which he got me in connection with a surgery team facilitated the end of months of being unable to hold down food. I thank Dr. Oliver and his staff for their prompt, compassionate service.
