Essentially the overfill clinic for Kaiser and the street clinic for mediCal folks. I literally filed complaints while hospitalized here for nurses belittling and making fun of mental health patients. I had to call my patients right advocate twice because they were trying to pull illegal stuff like I haven't been stuck in this system my whole life and don't know it better than them.
We were referred to this location about 3 weeks ago or so and on 6/1/21, the clinic finally called to inform us they had received my daughter’s paperwork. They literally called the day before to inform me that they had a cancellation and they would be able to see my daughter for her assessment. Due to the last minute notification, I am thankful my employer granted my time off but when we arrived this morning the clinic informed me that our appt was cancelled weeks ago.
