In my experience, this medical clinic was unprofessional and lacked transparency. I felt that inaccurate information was added to my medical records, and I was given information about tests that I believe was misleading. I have serious concerns about how my care was handled and about the way management Frida responded to my concerns I felt dismissed rather than heard, which left me feeling discriminated against and unfairly judged. Worst clinic ever. They always end up rescheduling your appointment. They are always late to attend you for your appointment. Sometimes they say doctor never showed up so end up postponing your appointment. Worst of the worst.
Worst experience of my life! My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, but I wasn’t taken to a room until 9:15 AM. At the front desk, they asked me personal and sensitive questions loudly, with no regard for privacy , everyone in the waiting area could hear. When it was finally time to see the provider, NP Ravisky came in, said, “I don’t know what I can do for you,” and spent less than a minute in the room, while giving horrible attitude. When I first went there to sign up I was told that my first visit would be offline. I waited for a month until the day of the appointment. Then they called me and told me I had to wait for another month because their doctor wasn't available. They messed up with the two doctors they have. After me explaining them the whole thing they gave me another appointment a week later (instead of a month later). Los doctores atienden súper bien pero siempre que uno llama a la clínica nunca contestan y si lo hasen te cuelga rápido y luego se enojan por qué no hablastes para cancelar una cita pero si no responden las llamadas
