I recently visited this clinic and had a very disappointing experience with the front desk service. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Margarita, was unprofessional and inattentive. She was on a personal phone call, laughing loudly, and completely ignoring the patients in the waiting room, including myself. It was incredibly frustrating to see her chatting away while I, along with others, waited to be checked in.
