I don't have issues with the providers, but their front office really sucks! The so-called manager they have for the front is so clueless. I provided them my secondary insurance a couple of weeks prior to my appointment, and they waited the day of to verify my insurance. I get to my appointment and waited for 30 minutes, and when I went to the front to find out how much longer until I get called back, I was told they're cleaning the room, yet everyone else was getting called back.
