Been going their for 2 yrs and they have great customer service
We arrived at 1:20 just before closing time, but as we were preparing to walk in, the door was shut despite the sign stating that hours extend until 2 p.m. We knocked and even tried calling, but there was no response. I completely understand that things can come up or that staff may need to close early at times, but it would have been greatly appreciated if someone had communicated that to us directly. Horrible excuse of a “clinic”! Rude, especially the front desk receptionist, who thinks everything is a joke and gets mad when you ask a simple question! They had my mom waiting over 2.5 hrs just to get her test results! The Dr is not attentive, caring, or knowledgeable for that matter! He is very condescending! Editing to add.
