While the medical care might be fine, the administration is an absolute mess. They completely botched my mother's paperwork by referring her to a neurosurgeon in Pasadena instead of a local eye doctor. When we asked them to fix their clerical error, they were no help and just handed us phone extensions that nobody answers. Avoid their referral process if you can. I first visited this clinic in February for a fever and an infection. Nurse Practitioner (N.P.) Liz prescribed medication that relieved my symptoms, but she never performed a culture, which I believe should have been done during my first visit. In May, my symptoms came back. I returned to see Lizbeth Tejada, who changed my medication and again said she would perform a culture, but it never happened. A month later, I got sick again. This time I saw N.P.
