Worst mental health experience of my life. I spent two years here trying to figure out why I wake up every 10 minutes to 1 hour, every night. I can’t remember the last time I was able to sleep through the night. I wake up with my heart pounding, gasping for air, and then I have to constantly soothe myself back to sleep. I really appreciated clinica's art and mindfulness groups over the years. Unfortunately, I think they are under supported and overburdened, but the staff and doctors have been excellent and truly do their utmost best.

I miss Dr. stumpf. While the nurses are pretty nice and they offer great services, I agree with the other comments. The lady with the short hair never welcomes me or comes across as friendly. Figured it was an off day but I repeatedly feel she’s not helpful, kind or welcoming. I wish they had mental health professionals that were more experienced. Overall, better than former insurance and I’d say Im content overall but the front desk lady needs to change her attitude

I have had a very good experience. I don't feel like there was any wait time for anything beyond what one would expect across town. (I could have tried a different clinic if I had needed immediate psych consult, and the new Crisis Center is available in Louisville, which feels like a good back-up for emergencies for the community.) My therapist was great, office staff was kind. Intake professionals were nice as well.
