I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Don't come here at all. The staff AND doctor are very rude. I have never waiting in the waiting room so long (1 hr 32min! Yes this long!). I gave them a call regarding a refund and it took them 3 months to refund me my money AFTER the fact that I submitted a complaint with the Arizona Medical Board. Yet the receptionist had the audacity to laugh and give me an attitude over a "lousy" refund. If it wasn't a problem for them then why didn't they just do it sooner!
